Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the site
- Perform general labour duties including cleaning, lifting, loading, and carrying materials
- Follow all health and safety protocols on site
- Support skilled workers and supervisors with day-to-day tasks
- Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and safely
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions
- Participate in toolbox talks and site meetings as required
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent qualification
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
