About the OneLogix Learnership
The OneLogix Code 14 Learnership Programme is an intensive and structured development journey that combines theoretical classroom training with practical, real-world driving experience under the supervision of qualified and experienced instructors. Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will receive certification and be well-prepared for a professional driving career within OneLogix or the broader logistics industry.
The goal of the programme is to empower professional drivers who are committed to upholding the highest standards of road safety, operational excellence, and customer service.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Candidates must strictly meet the following minimum criteria to qualify for the programme:
Academic Requirements:
- A completed Matric (Grade 12) certificate, with passes in both Mathematics and English.
Note: Candidates with strong academic records will be given preference.
Citizenship and Legal Requirements:
- You must be a South African Citizen with a valid South African Identity Document.
- A valid Code 14 (EC) Driver’s License is required.
- A valid Professional Driving Permit (PRDP) is mandatory.
- You must have a valid South African Passport that remains valid for at least 12 months from the application date.
Criminal and Background Checks:
- You must have a clear criminal record.
- Your previous employment and driving record must be free from any instances of dishonesty or misconduct.
Health and Safety Requirements:
- Proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is required.
- You must be physically fit to handle the demanding nature of long-distance and heavy-duty driving.
- You must be mentally fit, with the ability to work under high-pressure conditions, while maintaining concentration and safety standards.
Additional Conditions:
- You must NOT have previously completed or dropped out of a Professional Driver’s Certificate programme.
- Only one application per person is permitted. Multiple applications will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Only candidates who meet all the criteria will be contacted for the next stages of the selection process.
Candidates who do not fully comply with the entry requirements will not be considered, and no correspondence will be entered into.
