About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for each person that enters the store. You will have the chance to showcase your creativity, build product knowledge, and connect with customers on a personal level to help them find exactly what they need. Additionally, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that works together to maintain high standards and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Service:
Your role begins with putting the customer first. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll greet customers, engage in meaningful conversations, and offer tailored product recommendations based on individual preferences. You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers with inquiries, product availability, and ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience. Through attentive listening, you will anticipate their needs and offer solutions that create loyal, happy customers. - Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising:
First impressions matter, and part of your responsibility will be to ensure that the store is visually appealing at all times. From product displays to overall cleanliness, you will be instrumental in creating an inviting shopping environment that reflects our brand’s style and aesthetic. Keeping the store neat, organized, and fully stocked is vital to ensuring the store runs efficiently and customers have access to the latest trends. - Stock Management and Replenishment:
As a member of our retail team, you’ll help manage stock levels to ensure products are always available for customers. This includes assisting with stock deliveries, organizing the stockroom, and replenishing the sales floor. Your attention to detail will help to ensure that products are neatly arranged and easy to locate. Regular inventory checks will also be part of your role, ensuring stock levels are optimized and product availability is maintained. - Teamwork and Collaboration:

While delivering excellent customer service is your top priority, you will also contribute to the store’s sales goals. You’ll help the team meet individual and collective targets by engaging customers, offering cross-selling opportunities, and suggesting add-on purchases. Your efforts will be crucial in achieving store performance and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
- Passion for Fashion and Customer Service:
Above all else, you should have a genuine passion for fashion and a drive to help customers find what they need. You’ll be expected to engage customers, provide them with product recommendations, and offer solutions to their needs. A love for style, creativity, and trends is essential for succeeding in this role. - Strong Communication Skills:
You’ll need to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Being approachable, friendly, and able to build relationships will be key to excelling in this position. You should also be able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers from all walks of life. - Retail Experience (Preferred but Not Essential):
While previous retail experience is a plus, we are happy to provide training for candidates who have the right attitude, work ethic, and enthusiasm. If you have experience working in customer-facing roles or enjoy helping others, this will give you a head start in the role. - Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude:
You will need a can-do attitude, even when working under pressure. Retail can be demanding, but a positive outlook and a willingness to pitch in will make you a valued member of the team. - Ability to Work Flexibly:
Retail hours can vary, and you may be required to work weekends and holidays. Flexibility is essential to accommodate store hours and team scheduling needs.
