Key Responsibilities:
As a Call Centre Agent at IPSOS, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting telephonic interviews, surveys, and research calls in Swati and English
- Following structured scripts and guidelines with consistency
- Accurately recording responses into the system or designated software
- Maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times
- Handling data with confidentiality and integrity
- Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics including call volume and quality targets
- Participating in team meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate is mandatory
- Fluency in Swati is essential (both spoken and understood clearly)
- 6 months to 1 year of call centre or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to scripts
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating software, email use)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if required
