Role Purpose:
As a Client Care Consultant, your main responsibility will be to enhance the client experience by providing efficient, professional, and personalized support. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries and will be expected to handle each interaction with care, empathy, and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client queries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Provide product, policy, and service information clearly and accurately
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support administrative processes linked to client service delivery
- Maintain high standards of service and contribute to the team’s overall goals
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in client service or call centre roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Computer literacy, especially with MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet service targets
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
