Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Security:
- Conduct all pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Deliver in-flight safety briefings and demonstrations with clarity and confidence.
- Respond effectively to onboard emergencies and assist passengers during evacuations if required.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for passengers and crew at all times.
- Customer Service and Hospitality:
- Greet passengers warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide personalized customer service throughout the flight.
- Attend to passenger needs, including special requests, meal service, and comfort assistance.
- Communicate proactively with passengers to provide information and updates regarding flight schedules, safety procedures, and other relevant details.
- Operational Assistance:
- Prepare work areas by organizing supplies, checking emergency equipment, and setting up cabin amenities before boarding.
- Assist skilled workers and supervisors with operational tasks, maintenance, and equipment management where needed.
- Support logistical operations such as moving heavy equipment, arranging cabin layouts, and managing event set-ups for meetings, special flights, or promotional events.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members, pilots, and ground staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate duties, address concerns, and uphold the company’s service standards.
- Participate actively in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to align on safety, service, and operational goals.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with corporate events or VIP functions, managing set-up, breakdown, and special logistics.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of aircraft cabins before, during, and after flights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and passenger satisfaction.

- Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated individual.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties involving standing, lifting, and moving heavy items.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying flight schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings while in uniform.
- Medically fit to meet the requirements of the aviation industry.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is an added advantage.
- Willingness to undergo Cabin Crew Training and Safety Certification.
