Virgin Active is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who is passionate about fitness and enjoys helping people live healthier, more active lives. This role involves promoting Virgin Active’s services and growing the member base through strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to reach monthly sales targets
- Book appointments, present to potential members, and close deals
- Build relationships and expand the customer network
- Maintain product knowledge and understand competitors
- Attend community and marketing events as a brand ambassador
- Report to the Sales Manager and track performance
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused
- Sales or Marketing qualification (advantageous)
